1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Trainer Pro website, mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using Trainer Pro, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep it current and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You may not impersonate another person or create an account using information you are not authorised to use.
3. The service
Trainer Pro provides tools for workout planning, coaching, exercise logging and progress tracking. Features may differ between personal trainer, client and administrator accounts. We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.
4. Health and fitness notice
Trainer Pro is a tracking and communication tool, not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise programme, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition or health concern. Stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance if you feel unwell or experience pain.
5. Personal trainers
Personal trainers are responsible for their own qualifications, professional obligations, advice, programmes and relationships with clients. Trainer Pro does not guarantee the suitability, qualifications or results of any trainer. Any separate coaching agreement or payment arrangement is between the trainer and client unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Trainer Pro. This includes attempting unauthorised access, disrupting the service, uploading malicious material, scraping data, infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights, using another person’s confidential information improperly, or using the service for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve Trainer Pro. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload your content.
8. Our intellectual property
Trainer Pro, its branding, software, design and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership to you.
9. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trainer Pro is provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or injury arising from exercise choices or trainer advice outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Trainer Pro at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where you materially breach these terms, create a security or legal risk, or misuse the service. Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice. Provisions intended to survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to Trainer Pro, applicable law or business requirements. We will publish the revised version and update the date above. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
